CH SUPPLY C-NEW Announces Proposed Share Placement at a Discount

CH SUPPPLY C-NEW (03708) has entered into a subscription agreement with China Castson 81 Finance Company Limited, the subscriber.

The agreement, dated June 22, 2026, was finalized after market hours.

Pursuant to the agreement, the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe for, and the company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue, a total of 56 million new shares.

The subscription price is set at HK$0.18 per share.

These subscription shares will represent approximately 7.7% of the company's enlarged issued share capital upon completion.

The subscription price of HK$0.18 per share represents a discount of approximately 4.76% compared to the closing price of HK$0.189 per share on June 22, 2026.

The company's directors believe the subscription provides a valuable opportunity to strengthen the firm's financial position and raise additional capital for the group's general working capital requirements.

The directors also consider that the subscription reflects the subscriber's confidence in the company's future business direction.

The proceeds generated from the transaction are expected to enhance the group's financial flexibility.

The subscriber is a company incorporated in Bermuda with its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under Chapter 21 of the Listing Rules (Stock Code: 00810).

Its principal business involves investing in listed and unlisted equity and debt securities.
