连连数字科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02598）于2026年3月4日公布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表，披露公司普通股（H股）与非上市股份的最新股本结构及变动情况。
公告显示，截至2026年2月底，公司H股总数为463,891,764股，较上月底增加1,707,500股；非上市普通股维持660,391,236股不变。公司本月底注册股本总额达人民币1,124,283,000元。
