On 05 February 2026, Prudential plc (02378) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return regarding changes in its issued ordinary shares of GBP 0.05 each. The opening balance on 03 February 2026 stood at 2,542,168,907 shares. A total of 317,142 shares repurchased on 02 February 2026 were cancelled on 04 February 2026 at a repurchase price of GBP 12.0211. Following this cancellation, the closing balance on 04 February 2026 was 2,541,851,765 shares.

A total of 65,139,896 shares have been repurchased to date under this mandate, representing approximately 2.500976% of the company’s issued shares as of the mandate date. The moratorium period for new issues or transfers of treasury shares under this series of repurchases extends until 06 March 2026.
