中信建投证券股份有限公司（06066.HK）7月9日公告，其全资子公司中信建投（国际）金融控股有限公司已为间接全资附属公司CSCIF Hong Kong Limited根据既有中期票据计划（总规模40亿美元等值）发行人民币11.83亿元票据提供无条件及不可撤销的连带责任保证担保，担保金额为人民币12.50亿元，本次担保无反担保安排。
本次担保已获公司第三届董事会第二十一次会议及2026年第一次临时股东大会授权，并经中信建投（国际）董事会和股东会审议通过，属于既定授权范围内的担保事项。
CSCIF Hong Kong Limited为特殊目的公司，注册地英属维京群岛。截至2026年3月31日，其资产总额1,925,512.03万港币，负债总额1,925,518.05万港币，资产净额为-6.02万港币，资产负债率超过70%。
截至公告日，公司及控股子公司实际提供担保金额累计534.91亿元，占最近一期经审计净资产的44.91%；其中公司对控股子公司担保71.77亿元，占净资产的6.03%。公司及控股子公司不存在逾期担保情况。
公告称，本次募得资金将用于补充境外业务营运资金。
