Yues International Holdings Group Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised Capital • Total authorised shares remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million.
