新琪安集团股份有限公司（“新琪安”，股份代号：2573）宣布，已于日前收到中国证券监督管理委员会就其H股全流通事宜发出的备案通知书。根据该通知书，共计41,082,340股境内未上市股份（约占公司已发行股本总额42.7%）完成中国证监会备案，将转换为可在香港联交所上市及买卖的H股。
上述41,082,340股境内股份分别由王小强先生（5,923,286股）及深圳市新琪安实业发展有限公司（35,159,054股）持有。公告显示，此次备案自2026年1月26日起12个月内有效。新琪安已表示将在取得所有所需批准并符合相关法规要求后，向香港联交所申请批准上述股份于香港主板上市及买卖。
新琪安当前总股本96,231,234股，其中境内股41,082,340股，H股55,148,894股。完成转换后，相关股份将具备在联交所流通的资格。公司方面提到，有关转换及上市的具体实施计划仍有待最终确定。
按照公告，H股全流通及后续上市安排仍需获得中国证监会、香港联交所及其他监管机构所规定的相关程序完成后方可最终落实。公司股东及潜在投资者在进行股份买卖时需保持审慎。
