香港，2026年7月16日——招商局置地有限公司（00978）公布，于2026年7月16日举行的股东特别大会通过普通决议案，批准并追认武汉招商地产古田置业有限公司与西安茂安房地产有限公司签订的股权转让协议及相关授权事项。
会议以点算股数方式表决，结果显示赞成票51,295,682股，占出席并投票股份的100%；反对票0股，占0.00%。鉴于赞成票超过50%，该普通决议案获正式通过。
截至会议当日，公司已发行股份总数为4,905,257,860股；其中有权出席并投票的股份为1,258,368,531股。持有3,646,889,329股、占已发行股本约74.35%的成惠（招商蛇口的间接全资附属公司）已按上市规则在本次会议上放弃投票。
卓佳证券登记有限公司担任是次股东特别大会的监票人。公司董事李尧、王永权、陈燕萍、史新平及叶文祺出席了会议。
