Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (“Tiange”) disclosed a supplemental inside-information announcement on 22 April 2026, reporting an estimated fair value gain of approximately RMB117.50 million from its investment in the “Invested Shares” of Manycore as of 21 April 2026.
