10月20日，港股上午盘三大指数高开震荡，市场情绪回暖，止步连跌行情。截止午盘，恒生科技指数一度涨至3.9%，午间收涨3.21%，恒生指数、国企指数分别上涨2.41%及2.46%，恒指上扬超600点报25855点。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交46.31万张，其中，腾讯控股成交量居首，期权成交7.42万张；小米集团-W名列次席，期权成交超5万张；阿里巴巴-W位居第三，期权成交4.94万张。
大型科技股集体走强，其中，阿里巴巴-W涨近5%，腾讯控股涨超3%、小米集团-W、美团-W涨超2%；
期权方面，腾讯控股期权半日成交7.42万张，其中于10月30日到期670港元行使价的认购期权成交居前，成交超8700张；
小米集团-W期权半日成交7.42万张，其中于10月30日到期60港元行使价的认购期权成交居前，成交超5100张；
阿里巴巴-W期权半日成交4.94万张，其中于12月30日到期185港元行使价的认购期权成交居前，成交超3600张；
美团-W期权半日成交2.89万张，其中于10月24日到期100港元行使价的认购期权成交居前，成交超1600张；
