United Overseas Australia (UOS) said its 68.2%-owned Malaysian developer, UOA Development, posted a 3Q25 revenue of about 62.2 million Singapore dollars, up 53.7 % from a year earlier, as progressive billings from its Bangsar South medical centre, Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill and Duo Tower gathered pace.
Quarterly profit after tax and minority interests jumped 139.2 % year on year to roughly 33.1 million Singapore dollars, the company told the Australian bourse on Nov, 26 2025.
For the nine months to Sept, 30 2025, revenue rose to around 142.8 million Singapore dollars while profit after tax and minority interests reached about 80.4 million Singapore dollars.
New property sales for the period came in at approximately 161.5 million Singapore dollars, mainly from Bamboo Hills Residences, Laurel Residence, Duo Tower and Aster Hill, lifting unbilled sales to nearly 227.3 million Singapore dollars.
The board did not declare an interim dividend for the quarter.
