2026年3月13日，北森控股有限公司（09669）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于同日回购15万股普通股股份。回购价格每股介乎港币4.46元至4.71元，合计耗资约港币67.88万元（678,802港元），占该次公告前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.0205%。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持736,191,751股，其中不包括库存股份的股数为731,275,151股，库存股份数为4,916,600股。该次回购根据2025年9月18日通过的购回授权进行，剩余可购回股份上限为70,122,313股。公司确认此次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则的相关规定。
