HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) Reports Total Contract Sales of Approximately RMB 11.264 Billion in First Nine Months, Down 12.62% Year-on-Year

According to the latest report, HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the total contract sales amount for the group, its joint ventures, and associates reached approximately RMB 11.264 billion, reflecting a year-on-year decrease of 12.62%. Out of this, property contract sales accounted for around RMB 10.070 billion, while renovation contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 1.194 billion.

In terms of the single month of September 2025, the total contract sales for the group and its joint ventures and associates were approximately RMB 1.362 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 17%. This included property contract sales of about RMB 1.216 billion and renovation contract sales of approximately RMB 146 million.

For the nine-month period ending September 30, 2025, the property contract sales area for the group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 428,315 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 23,510 per square meter.

Additionally, as of September 30, 2025, the total contract sales area for non-self-invested properties managed by the "HOPSON" brand was approximately 50,179 square meters, with contract sales amounting to around RMB 4.445 billion. For the month of September 2025, the area of contract sales in relation to properties managed by HOPSON was approximately 2,588 square meters, with contract sales totaling about RMB 209 million.
