加幂科技有限公司（08198.HK）3月17日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止财政年度（“2025财年”）未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，预计将录得不少于0.88亿港元的净亏损；而上一财政年度（截至2024年12月31日止）净亏损约为0.13亿港元。由此推算，公司的年度亏损规模大幅扩大逾六倍。 \n\n公司指出，亏损显著增加主要源于以下五方面： \n1. 香港大数据中心已于2025年6月停止运作，美国大数据中心耗电量下降，导致大数据中心服务收入减少； \n2. 2025财年因授出购股权而确认的一次性股份为基础付款开支； \n3. Web3.0业务的研发投入增加； \n4. 期内按预期信贷亏损模型作出的减值亏损拨回减少； \n5. 市场推广费用同比上升。 \n\n公司表示，目前年度业绩仍在最终审定过程中，上述数据基于管理层初步审阅及现有资料，未经核数师审计，亦未获审核委员会审阅。公司预计将于2026年3月27日左右披露2025财年经审核的全年业绩，提醒股东及潜在投资者审慎决策。
