SINCEREWATCH HK (00444) has announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated May 6, 2026, containing the following additional resumption guidelines for the restoration of trading in the company's shares: to regain compliance with Listing Rules 3.10(1), 3.10(2), 3.10A, and 3.21. The company must rectify the issues that led to the suspension of trading and fully comply with the Listing Rules to the satisfaction of the Stock Exchange before its securities trading can resume. In this regard, the company bears the primary responsibility for formulating a resumption action plan. The Stock Exchange may further amend or supplement the resumption guidelines and additional resumption guidelines and/or provide further guidance if the company's circumstances change. Furthermore, the trading suspension continues.
