CHINA RUYI Repurchases Portion of Zero-Coupon Convertible Bonds Due 2027

CHINA RUYI (00136) has announced the repurchase of a portion of its Hong Kong dollar-denominated zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2027. On May 18, 2026, the company repurchased convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$50 million at their face value. Following this repurchase and cancellation, the outstanding principal amount of the convertible bonds is HK$2.524 billion. The conversion price for the bonds remains unchanged at HK$2.6 per share.
