康龙化成(03759)发布更新公告，建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期普通股息，每10股派2元人民币。该建议尚待2026年6月12日召开的股东周年大会批准。
此次派息以人民币宣派，但公司预设的派发货币为港元，具体港元派息金额及汇率有待公布。若建议获通过，股息将于2026年8月7日派付。
时间安排方面，除净日为2026年7月7日，递交通户文件的最后时限为7月8日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续期为7月9日至7月15日，股权登记日为7月15日。
公告还披露了代扣所得税安排。对于名列H股股东名册的非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址），公司将按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税。通过深股通投资公司A股的香港联交所投资者，同样按10%税率代扣所得税。内地个人投资者通过沪港通或深港通投资公司H股，将按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
