XJ International Holdings Appoints Liu Xiaoyang and Wang Jiasi as Joint Company Secretaries

XJ International Holdings (01765) announced that Mr. Tan Li has resigned from his position as joint company secretary of the company due to work adjustments, effective March 6, 2026. Ms. Chen Yanhua has resigned from her roles as (i) joint company secretary; (ii) the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules; and (iii) the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective March 6, 2026. Following the resignations of Mr. Tan and Ms. Chen, Ms. Liu Xiaoyang and Ms. Wang Jiasi have been appointed as joint company secretaries, effective March 6, 2026. Ms. Wang has also been appointed as authorized representative and legal process agent, effective March 6, 2026.
