According to an announcement from HORIZON CD (09930), the company's domestic equipment rental rates for major categories continued at a high level at the end of the second quarter in Q3 2025, with rental rates for aerial work platforms reaching approximately 80% at the end of the period. For the first three quarters, HORIZON CD reported a total revenue decline of over 10% year-on-year, primarily due to persistent oversupply in the domestic market and continued downward pressure on rental prices for aerial work platforms. In response to domestic market conditions, the company has proactively adjusted its asset structure and reduced the scale of domestic operations. Additionally, the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders for the first three quarters fell more than 70% year-on-year, slightly narrowing the rate of decline compared to the first half of the year.

In the overseas market, the company has adopted a steady strategy that balances business expansion and operational risks. This includes increasing the scale of overseas asset management and enhancing the layout of overseas locations, while continuously optimizing and adjusting the overseas asset structure to improve risk control levels. During this period, the contribution of overseas divisions to the company's overall performance has become more significant, with overseas revenue accounting for over 15% of total revenue by the end of Q3, and overseas gross profit comprising over 25% of total gross profit.

HORIZON CD has maintained prudent control over new capital expenditures during this period and continuously promoted the full lifecycle value enhancement of assets through the allocation of its domestic and overseas business networks. The company's financing cost rate has shown a declining trend, ensuring a safe and stable overall financial situation. Looking ahead, HORIZON CD aims to maintain a cautious response to environmental changes, prioritizing a healthy and robust financial structure to achieve good returns for shareholders.
