万事昌国际控股有限公司3月20日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据初步未经审计的综合管理账目及现有资料，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得综合除税前亏损约6.5亿至7.3亿港元，而上一财年同期则实现综合除税前溢利约3.17亿港元，实现由盈转亏。
公司指出，业绩大幅下滑的主要原因是投资物业在重新估值后预期确认的公允价值亏损所致。管理层强调，该项亏损属非现金性质，不会对集团核心业务运营或现金流造成重大不利影响，整体财务状况仍保持稳健。
万事昌国际表示，2025财年的完整业绩仍在编制中，实际数据可能与当前预估存在差异。公司计划于2026年3月底前披露正式年报，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
