兴证国际金融集团有限公司(6058)于2025年11月26日通过其间接全资附属公司CISI Investment在公开市场出售美国财政部发行的国债，债券本金约2,000万美元，折合约1.57亿港元，交易对价约2,054.41万美元，折合约1.61亿港元。
根据公告，所出售债券的票面利率为4.75%，到期日为2055年8月15日。本次交易构成须予披露交易，因相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，须依照上市规则作出申报及公告，但无需股东批准。
公告显示，集团就这一交易取得约28.59万美元(折合约224.44万港元)收益，包括持有期间收取的票面利息收入。所得款项约2,054.41万美元(折合约1.61亿港元)将用于一般营运资金。如遇合适机会，亦可将该笔资金用于新投资。
