本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本增至492,432,164股。上述回购事项系根据2025年5月29日获股东大会通过的购回授权进行，该授权允许回购最多49,167,523股。截至目前，公司于香港联交所及其他交易所回购股份共计3,969,600股，占授权总额的0.8074%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及适用法例。
