Swire Properties Reports Static Share Base and Confirms Public Float Compliance for September 2026

Swire Properties Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, indicating no changes to its share capital structure during the month.

The company’s issued ordinary shares stood unchanged at 5.76 billion, with no treasury shares held or cancelled. Consequently, the total number of issued shares remained at 5.76 billion.

Management affirmed that Swire Properties continues to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements. Based on the initial prescribed threshold of 10.28 % of issued shares, the board confirmed compliance as at 30 September 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the month, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts in issue.

The filing reiterates that Swire Properties has no authorised share capital and that its shares carry no par value. The return was filed with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026 by Company Secretary Bernadette Lomas.
