煜荣集团控股有限公司（01536）9月15日盘后公告称，控股股东彩辉投资有限公司已于2026年9月8日至9月15日期间累计出售175,746,000股公司股份，占公司截至公告日已发行股本总额的38.54%。交易完成后，彩辉投资的持股数量由原先的188,192,000股（占41.27%）降至12,446,000股（占2.73%），不再属于公司控股股东及主要股东。
同日，Hellobaby International Limited通知董事会，其已于2026年9月15日以每股0.454港元的价格向彩辉投资购入132,240,000股股份，占已发行股本总额的29.00%，由此成为公司主要股东。公告显示，Hellobaby International Limited及其最终实益拥有人均与彩辉投资无关，也不存在一致行动关系。
