ARES ASIA (00645) has announced that Mr. Li Xixun has tendered his resignation as the Company Secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). His resignation will be effective from February 28, 2026. Ms. Zhou Yuyan has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. Her appointment will take effect from February 28, 2026.
