山东省国际信托股份有限公司（股票代码：01697，以下简称“山东国信”）8月20日发布公告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“报告期”）未经审计管理账目的初步审阅，预计本集团将录得净亏损约人民币119百万元；而上一财年同期（截至2025年6月30日止六个月）则实现净收益人民币167百万元。对比去年同期，公司由盈转亏。
公司指出，业绩变化主要由于报告期内公司持有的按公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产（主要为部分证券投资）出现公允价值变动损失。该损失属于未实现损益，为非现金性项目，不影响公司经营活动现金流。
公告同时提示，目前公司仍在编制及拟定报告期内业绩，上述数据基于未经审计的管理账目及现有资料，尚未经过核数师确认或董事会审计委员会审阅，相关数据或将调整。
山东国信表示，将于2026年8月底前公布正式的2026年中期业绩公告。公司提醒投资者关注后续信息并注意投资风险。
