Under the Securities Law and relevant judicial interpretations, listed companies are liable for civil compensation if investor losses result from misrepresentation, such as concealing fund usage, issuing materially inaccurate earnings forecasts, or engaging in financial fraud.

This week, the legal team of attorney Liu Peng from Shanghai Huzi Law Firm reported a surge in inquiries from affected investors. The following is a list of prominent stocks involved in recent controversies:

1. Huanrui Century (000892) Issue: Under investigation for suspected disclosure violations. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares on or before April 22, 2026, and sold or held them at a loss after April 23, 2026.

2. *ST Aonong (603363) Issue: Subject to a CSRC investigation for suspected information disclosure violations. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares on or before April 22, 2026, and sold or held them at a loss after April 23, 2026.

3. Wanda Software (603189) Issue: Major earnings forecast revision. Initially projected a profit with revenue exceeding 3 billion yuan, but revised to a loss with confirmed revenue below 3 billion yuan (due to removal of 61 million yuan in specific contract revenue), directly triggering *ST risk. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between January 31, 2026, and April 16, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 17, 2026.

4. Lanshi Heavy Equipment (603169) Issue: Received a prior notice of administrative penalties for delayed disclosure of investigation information. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between April 23, 2021, and April 22, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 23, 2026.

5. Lianxiang Shares (603272) Issue: Forecasts a net loss for 2025 with revenue below 3 billion yuan, potentially leading to *ST designation after the annual report. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between February 1, 2026, and April 19, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 20, 2026.

6. Star Group (600734) Issue: Faces *ST risk following a significant downward revision of its earnings forecast. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between January 31, 2026, and April 16, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 17, 2026.

7. Hangjin Technology (000818) Issue: Disclosed receipt of a formal investigation notice on April 4, 2026, for suspected information disclosure violations. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares on or before April 3, 2026, and sold or held them at a loss after April 4, 2026.

8. *ST Huarong (600421) Issue: Under investigation for suspected information disclosure violations. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between January 29, 2026, and April 21, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 22, 2026.

9. GQY Video (300076) Issue: Triggered delisting risk warning (*ST) criteria due to a major downward revision of its earnings forecast. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between January 31, 2026, and April 16, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 17, 2026.

10. Zhonghua Yantu (002542) Issue: Faces allegations of untimely and inaccurate information disclosure after significantly expanding its forecasted loss. Eligible Claimants: Investors who purchased shares between February 1, 2026, and April 8, 2026 (inclusive), and sold or held them at a loss after April 9, 2026.
