中裕能源(03633)于2026年6月9日向香港联交所提交翌日披露报表，披露当日于场内回购1,500,000股普通股，约占原已发行股本的0.0554%。
此次回购每股价格介乎2.65港元至2.74港元，合计耗资约404.05万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本减少至2,707,705,157股，同时库藏股数增至40,600,000股，总股本依然为2,748,305,157股。公司指此前购回授权于2025年6月2日获通过，可回购上限为277,179,515股，截至本次回购累计已回购股份共40,600,000股，占授权批准时已发行股本约1.4648%。
公司在公告中表示，本次交易程序完全符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例，并已获董事会正式授权批准。公告由董事吕小强签署。
