海螺水泥(00914)宣布，2025年度股东周年大会已批准派发末期股息每股人民币0.61元（含税）。股息将于2026年6月30日派发，以2026年6月10日名列公司H股股东名册的股东为准。
H股股东将按中国人民银行公布的股东通过派息之日前五个营业日平均中间汇率换算，每股获派港币0.69948元（含税）。A股股东的派息安排将另行公布。公司已委任中国银行（香港）有限公司为收款代理，预计将按时向H股股东寄发支票。
对于通过“港股通”持股的内地投资者，末期股息将以人民币支付，由中国结算代为收取并通过其系统派发，预计在6月30日后三个交易日内完成。在预扣税方面，个人H股股东按居住地及适用税收协定，税率介乎10%至20%；内地个人投资者及证券投资基金通过港股通持股的税率为20%，机构投资者不须扣税。
