The Luxembourg-based beverage can maker reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.05 for Q1 2026, significantly exceeding the analyst consensus estimate of $0.02. Revenue climbed 19% year-over-year to $1.504 billion, beating estimates of $1.368 billion. Adjusted EBITDA rose 15% to $179 million, topping the company's own guidance range of $160-170 million.
CEO Oliver Graham highlighted the strong performance, noting that Adjusted EBITDA growth "significantly ahead of our guidance" demonstrated the resilience of the business. The company also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $750-775 million and announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, contributing to positive investor sentiment.
