公告显示，截至2026年6月2日，公司回购完成后剩余已发行股份约30.22亿股，并持有库藏股约0.67亿股。公司股东大会已于2025年5月15日通过购回授权，授权购回最高可达3.09亿股，累计已在股本回购下完成约6,745.03万股，约占购回授权时公司已发行股本的2.18%。
