On September 30, 2026, Junjin Wang acquired 5.74 million H shares of CHINA EAST AIR (00670) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 2.625 per share, involving about HKD 15.07 million. The shares were purchased by Shanghai Juneyao Airline Hong Kong Limited, a company controlled by Wang, in an on-exchange active trade, representing a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Junjin Wang's long position in CHINA EAST AIR was 555.41 million shares, representing 10.97%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 561.15 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 11.08%.
