New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (New Gonow RV) announced that its board of directors resolved on 14 August 2026 to terminate the company’s Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme with immediate effect.

The scheme, adopted on 24 May 2024, had granted 5.95 million share options on 1 July 2024. Up to the termination date, none of these options had been exercised. All remaining participants voluntarily waived their awards, leading to the immediate forfeiture of the entire option pool. No consideration was payable by the company in connection with the forfeiture.

The board and its remuneration committee stated that the scheme had substantially fulfilled its original purpose of attracting and retaining key personnel and, given limited anticipated future utilisation, its discontinuation serves the interests of the company and its shareholders. As no options remain outstanding, no participant rights were impaired.

Any shares currently held by the scheme’s trustee will continue to be held under the existing trust deed. The company may consider deploying these shares in future employee incentive arrangements, subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
