3月13日，港股上午盘三大指数再度小幅下跌，盘中曾直线拉升转涨，恒生指数午间收跌0.48%，国企指数微跌0.01%，恒生科技指数跌0.41%。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交31.75万张，其中，腾讯控股成交量居首，期权成交6.47万张；阿里巴巴-W名列次席，期权成交3.96万张；汇丰控股位居第三，期权成交1.74万张。
明星科技股多数拉升转涨，腾讯控股、阿里巴巴均涨超1%，期权方面，腾讯控股半日成交6.47万张，其中于3月20日到期行使价550港元的认购期权成交居前，成交超7500张；阿里巴巴半日成交3.96万张，其中于3月20日到期行使价135港元的认购期权成交居前，成交近4700张。
石油股延续上行趋势，中国海洋石油涨超1%，股价续刷历史新高，总市值达1.4万亿港元。期权方面，中国海洋石油半日成交近1.4万张，其中于3月13日到期行使价30港元的认购期权成交居前，成交超1100张。
