HAIER SMARTHOME (HK: 06690) has announced a share repurchase transaction conducted on September 16, 2026. The company spent approximately HK$6.21 million to buy back 300,000 shares, with the repurchase price ranging from HK$20.62 to HK$20.8 per share.
In a separate transaction on the same day, Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (SHA: 600690) also repurchased 1.24 million A-shares for roughly RMB 25.97 million. The price for these A-shares was set between RMB 20.76 and RMB 21.23 per share.
