Feb 13

Biosino Bio-technology and Science Incorporation announced that its subsidiary, Biosino (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Biosino Medical”), has received a Medical Device Registration Certificate in Malaysia for its BioCyte series flow cytometers. The certificate, numbered IVDA9463526–225393, is valid from 10 February 2026 to 9 February 2031 and was issued by the Medical Device Authority of Malaysia.

These flow cytometers provide stable performance and accurate testing results, supporting disease diagnosis, immunological research, and drug development. The certificate approval process involved product testing, technical document submissions, and regulatory reviews, followed by approval for official marketing through the local authorised representative, TRUST DIAGNOSTICS SDN BHD.

Management indicates that this registration broadens the group’s Southeast Asian market presence and aligns with its international development goals. It is not expected to materially affect the company’s financial results for the current year, with actual sales performance subject to market conditions, policy changes, and competition.
