消息面上，美国总统特朗普当地时间7月21日在社交媒体发文表示，自2026.8.1起，所有进口到美国的仿制药将在未来两年内继续适用零关税。两年期满后，相关产品将被征收100%的关税，期限为一年。此后，关税将进一步提高至200%。
