Energy IntInv expands share base by 95.78% via HK$0.245 placement of 1.04 billion new shares

Energy International Investments Holdings Limited (Energy IntInv) disclosed that it has allotted and issued 1.04 billion new ordinary shares on 13 April 2026, nearly doubling its share capital. The issuance was approved under a specific mandate granted by independent shareholders at the 2 April 2026 extraordinary general meeting.

Prior to the transaction, Energy IntInv had 1.08 billion shares in issue. The new shares represent 95.78 % of that figure, lifting the total number of issued shares to 2.12 billion.

The new shares were placed at HK$0.245 each, implying gross proceeds of about HK$0.25 billion. No treasury share movements or share repurchases were reported.

The company confirmed that the placement was duly authorised by its board, complied with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, and that all proceeds have been received.
