DeTai New Energy Posts Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for August 2026

DeTai New Energy Group Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 30.00 billion ordinary shares and 1.24 billion preference shares, each carrying a par value of HKD 0.05. This structure translates to HKD 1.50 billion in authorised ordinary share capital and HKD 61.90 million in authorised preference share capital, for a combined total of HKD 1.56 billion.

Issued share capital also held steady. The company continues to have 523.18 million ordinary shares in issue and 16.39 million preference shares, with no treasury shares on its books.

DeTai New Energy confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 31 August 2026.

The filing reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments. Consequently, the company’s capital structure and shareholder base remained stable throughout the month.
