本次交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数为251,593,715股，其中249,546,215股为已发行股份(不包括库存股份)，2,047,500股为库存股份。公司此前已于2025年6月27日通过购回授权，可购买最多23,579,556股；截至公告日，基于该授权已累积购回股份2,047,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.8683%。
公司在公告中确认，相关交易过程已符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司执行董事李阳签署。
