Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 08375) reported that its authorised share capital remained at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.05, making the total HKD 50,000,000. There was no change from the previous month.
The issued share capital increased from 288,000,000 shares to 345,600,000 shares during January 2026. This increase of 57,600,000 newly issued shares was executed on 21 January 2026 at HKD 0.99 per share, following an approval granted on 16 May 2025. The company confirmed that it continued to meet the applicable public float requirement (25%). No shares were issued under the existing share option scheme.
