CDB INT'L INV (01062) announced that Mr. Lu Yanpo has resigned as Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to work adjustments, effective from November 17, 2025. Mr. Li Yixuan, currently a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Audit Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from the same date.
