SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) and CSFG-NEW (00412) announced jointly that on September 5, 2025, Shangao Photovoltaic (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS NEW ENERGY and an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of CSFG-NEW, as borrower) entered into a loan agreement with Ping An Bank Beijing Branch (as lender). Under the loan agreement, Ping An Bank Beijing Branch agreed to provide Shangao Photovoltaic with a loan of RMB 868 million yuan.
