Edge Medical Repurchases 25,600 H Shares for HKD 0.89 Million, Marginally Trims Issued Share Base

Shenzhen Edge Medical Co., Ltd. (Edge Medical) reported a small-scale share buyback on 31 August 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Key transaction details:

• Volume and price: Edge Medical repurchased 25,600 H shares on-market at prices ranging between HKD 34.24 and HKD 35.00 per share, representing a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 34.8803. The total consideration amounted to HKD 0.89 million.

• Impact on share capital: The company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0079 % to 325.91 million. Treasury shares increased to 1.85 million, while the overall issued share capital remained unchanged at 327.76 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The 25,600 shares form part of a broader repurchase mandate approved on 25 June 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 32.61 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 235,300 shares, equivalent to 0.07 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Edge Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 September 2026.

The company confirmed that the transaction complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and all relevant regulatory requirements.
