万励达国际有限公司（08482）于2026年2月2日披露2026年1月股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定注册股本维持在1,000,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，对应总额1亿港元。报告期内，公司已发行股份数量继续保持179,687,520股，无库藏股份变动，亦无新增发行或购回活动。
本月公司未发生任何购回、注销或新增发行，无库藏股增加或减少，股本结构保持稳定。公司现行的股份期权计划自2018年8月14日采纳后，截至2026年1月底，仍保留最多8,400,000股期权储备，但当月未有行使、授出或变动。
公告另指出，就满足香港联交所相关上市规则的公众持股量要求而言，公司于报告期内的公众持股比例符合25%的最低门槛标准。公司董事会确认在本月所有股份变动或转让事项均遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及适用法律法规。
