Vision Synergy Holdings Limited (formerly known as Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited) has updated its English name from “Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited” to “Vision Synergy Holdings Limited” and its Chinese name from “日本共生集團有限公司” to “共生智築控股有限公司.” According to the announcement, registration was confirmed in Bermuda on 14 October 2025, followed by registration in Hong Kong on 4 November 2025.

All existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery. No arrangement is provided for the free exchange of current certificates. New share certificates bearing the new English and Chinese names will be issued starting 20 November 2025.

From 9:00 a.m. on 20 November 2025, the stock short name on the Stock Exchange will change from “JAPAN KYOSEI” to “VISION SYNERGY” in English, and from “日本共生” to “共生智築” in Chinese, with the stock code remaining as “00627.” The new company logo, reflecting the updated name, will take effect on the same date.
