On 17 July 2026 WAHSUN HANDBAGS (Wah Sun Handbags International Holdings Limited) informed non-registered shareholders that the following documents are now available online:

• Annual Report 2025/26 • Circular, Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form • Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2025/26

The English and Chinese versions of the annual report, circular, meeting notice and proxy form have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.wahsun.com.hk) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). In line with a digital-first policy, shareholders are “strongly” encouraged to consult these website versions.

Requests for hard-copy documents remain optional. Shareholders preferring printed materials can complete and return the accompanying request form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or email a scanned copy to wahsun@boardroomlimited.com. Local mail can be sent postage-free using the enclosed label.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is on record, the company will send only printed notices of publication.

The 2025/26 ESG Report is available exclusively in electronic format on the company and HKEX websites; no printed version will be distributed.
