Minieye Technology (2431) Wins Tongxiang Driverless Vehicle Project Worth RMB11.85 Million

Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (2431) has received a formal notice confirming its winning bid for the Tongxiang Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integrated Urban Traffic Perception Project (the 2025 Autonomous Driving Bus Procurement Project) with a contract value of RMB11.85 million. This development marks a significant step in the commercialization of L4-grade autonomous driving for the company and underscores its position in smart city and intelligent transportation markets.

Under the new project, the company will apply vehicle-road-cloud integration systems to reduce blind spots at intersections and minimize hardware expenses. The driverless buses, which have passed stringent automotive-grade reliability tests, will feature “high precision, strong computing power, and low cost.” This project is anticipated to establish a replicable model for county-level intelligent transportation upgrades.

According to the company’s 2025 interim results, revenue from the autonomous minibus business in the first half of 2025 exceeded RMB10 million, with more than 10 projects secured. This latest contract in Tongxiang is expected to foster further growth in the company’s L4-grade autonomous driving segment. The group continues to enhance its R&D for L1–L4 solutions, focusing on areas such as smart mobility, smart logistics, and smart urban services, aiming to support intelligent transformations in related industries.
