Tsun Yip Holdings Limited (Tsun Yip) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

• Authorised Share Capital The company maintained an authorised share capital of 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing HKD 500.00 million in aggregate. No authorisations, cancellations, or adjustments were recorded.

• Issued Shares and Treasury Position Issued shares stood unchanged at 74,908,184 ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares on the books. Consequently, the total issued share count remains consistent with the preceding month.

• Public Float Status Tsun Yip confirmed that at month-end it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 % for its listed class of shares.

• Capital Instruments and Corporate Actions The filing shows no outstanding or newly issued share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments. There were also no share repurchases, cancellations, or treasury share movements.

• Regulatory Confirmation Company Secretary Li Yuet Tai certified that all listing, legal, and regulatory requirements related to the company’s equity structure remain fully satisfied.

The July return underscores Tsun Yip’s unchanged capital structure and adherence to continuing obligations under Hong Kong listing rules.
