承辉国际有限公司（01094）8月18日公告称，公司已完成根据一般授权配售118,502,535股新股份，每股配售价0.209港元。配售股份已获得香港联交所上市及买卖批准，并全部配售予七名独立第三方承配人。
本次配售所得款项净额约24.0百万元港币。公司计划将其中10.0百万元用于支付集团员工薪资（包括薪金、法定退休金供款及补偿）；5.0百万元用于部分偿还一笔年利率4.5%、将于6个月内到期的中国银行贷款；5.0百万元用于专业费用（包括即将产生的审计费、法律顾问费、财务顾问服务费及上市维持成本）；其余4.0百万元将用作一般营运资金，包括公用事业费用、保险及其他行政开支。
配售前后公司股本结构有所变化：总股本由592,512,678股增至711,015,213股。东峰环球有限公司持股由34.00%摊薄至28.33%；股份奖励计划受托人持股维持1.40%；新承配人合计持股16.67%；其他公众股东持股由64.32%降至53.60%。
