CHINA RES GAS (01193) has announced the completion of its acquisition of equity in China Resources Energy Services. The board of directors confirmed that all prerequisites have been satisfied, the transition period audit has been finalized, and the acquisition was completed according to the share transfer agreement. The audit revealed no impairment in the cumulative owner's equity of China Resources Energy Services; therefore, the acquisition price remains unchanged. Following the completion, China Resources Energy Services has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
